Her birth name is Alia Advani, but she changed it to Kiara before entering the film industry. Kiara made her acting debut in 2014 with the film “Fugly,” directed by Kabir Sadanand. However, she gained significant recognition and popularity with her role in the film “Kabir Singh” (2019), opposite Shahid Kapoor.


Kiara Advani was born into a Sindhi family in Mumbai. Her father, Jagdeep Advani, is a businessman, and her mother, Genevieve Jaffrey, is a teacher. She has a younger brother named Mishaal.
